5-year guarantee
Bubbles, tears, and ripples often occur due to cheap adhesive mounting. Since we use a permanently elastic silicone instead, this can't happen to a WhiteWall finishing. That is just one example of why we are the only lab able to offer you a 5-year guarantee on the craftsmanship of all products.

Don't worry about getting the size right
There's no smileys or stars when it comes to producing the ideal picture with us. Our software analyses the largest possible production sizes directly after uploading, and then shows them to you. Picture sizes exceeding these limits can't be ordered - ensuring nothing can go wrong. We offer 2 maximum sizes: One that can be produced without changing the file and one in a larger format that can be produced with an optimised file. We refer to this as interpolation. It involves, where possible, the adding of pixels and smoothing of edges. We do not recommend interpolation for high quality artistic photographs, but for all other content these methods enable larger prints with a good picture quality.

It all depends on the perfect combination. When it comes to manufacturing our frames or preparing silicon mounts, we rely on the hands-on intuition that comes with many years of experience. Similarly, modern, computer-guided cutters take over cutting the precise custom fit of our art-secure packaging or buffing of cut edges.
Art-secure packaging - custom made
At WhiteWall we use exclusive art-secure packaging. Corners are protected with styrofoam. Extremely large and/or long formats are packed in custom-fit wooden crates.
