Our website tells you plain and simple which sizes can be produced without compromising on quality. Our interpolation calculations allow remarkable enlargements of small files, such as from the iPhone. The best part: We don't force your work into predetermined formats, but allow you to select the format of your choice: height and width are free to choose – to the exact cm, without extra costs. We only trim your picture if you want us to.

Letting you see on screen before what will be delivered after The goal of our universal colour management is the most authentic reproduction of an original on an everyday piece of equipment, which means: You can see your image on your monitor exactly as it will appear on your wall. For every technique with which WhiteWall prints are produced there is a corresponding ICC-Profile available to download. Only at WhiteWall: Our free soft proofing for the Art Market and Personal Galleries means that, whenever you're making a purchase, you receive via email a simulation of the different print results of your image in a PDF file. In addition to the original qualities of your uploaded image, you can choose from alternatives in colour mood, contrast, and sharpness. On a calibrated monitor you can see exactly what the production result will be on the paper or material used.

We produce to last: Luminosity for over 75 years You can still find them at WhiteWall – genuine authentic photo prints. Even at spectacular sizes such as 120 x 180cm or 180 x 300cm. First, a laser exposure system (Durst Lambda or LightJet from Océ) transfers your file onto authentic photo paper (Fujicolor Crystal Archie DP II or Kodak Pro Ultra Endura), this is then developed traditionally using photo chemicals. In addition to the 75-year colour-fastness (with Kodak 100 years), your image has a luminosity and strength of impression that can only be found in authentic photography: no tears, no ladders. Our prints onto canvas are finished using the Epson 11880 with UltraChrome K3 pigment inks, those onto aluminium using a 6-colour UV system. Both techniques have been optimised over time to ensure that they are as close as possible to the original image, and that we can take advantage of the full resolution.

We use silicon: Acrylic glass presentation without bubbles and creases We have been using silicone to produce ever-improved mountings for years: We use silicon to bind a photo print to acrylic glass with durable elasticity. This is important, because different temperatures and levels of humidity cause photographs, acrylic glass, and backing boards to stretch differently. Under these conditions, cheaper adhesive films begin to produce bubbles and tears after a short time. With our silicon mountings this doesn't happen, even after many years.

We like people. And machines: High tech and handmade Yes, we still build all of our solid wood frames ourselves. Whether constructing frames or mountings - the people working here are passionate about photography and take "manufacturer quality" seriously. We work simultaneously with the most modern techniques: Laser exposure systems for 1,8m wide paper tracks, large development equipment, CNC cutters that cut and polish finishings with aluminium or acrylic glass. This synthesis of high tech and handmade ensures our consistent award winning quality at unbelievably low prices.

We trust strong brands: Consistent quality and quick service Whether photo paper, aluminium, acrylic glass, or solid wood for our frames – we buy all materials in large quantities directly from the producers. This includes Röhm, ThyssenKrupp, Hahnemühle, Epson, Kodak, or Fuji. This allows us to offer cheap and attractive prices, which we happily pass on to you. To guarantee our continually high quality, we only use producers located in Germany as our suppliers.

Control matters to us: Quality security at every stage When it comes to quality control we're control freaks. Each file is checked by an experienced lab technician to ensure suitability and the correct lighting and colour profile. At the end of each production stage there is a quality test. If everything is ok, the barcode of your order will be scanned, ensuring that each individual step is documented. This allows us to see who has finished what, and who has examined what. The shift supervisor will remove any faults that emerge immediately. Quality is good – and thanks to our quality control is getting better every day.

Your works are in the best hands: Even with delivery Before your work leaves our laboratory it will first be covered in a protective wrapping and then placed in art-secure packaging. For large formats and panoramas we will even produce a specially designed wooden crate – by hand. A courier will transport your work from the laboratory directly to you at home. No middlemen. This ensures good prices and quick delivery times.
