1) I forgot my password. What do I do?
While logging in, click on Forgot password. Then enter your e-mail address and we will automatically e-mail you a new password.

If you do not receive an e-mail with a confirmation link, please check your spam folder. If the e-mail has not arrived there, then please contact our customer service: Contact

With a WhiteWall account, we offer a password protected area in which you can always see the current status of your orders. With an account, you can also re-order previously purchased products. Additionally, you can access your personal info, photos, delivery addresses, all of your invoices, and any saved vouchers.

Register a WhiteWall account under the “Create account” link. After entering your e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail from WhiteWall containing a confirmation link. Clicking on this link completes the account creation process.

At the bottom of every newsletter there is a link you can click to unsubscribe.

In your account, go to “My Details”. There you can manage all your information, photos, and orders. Please note that the changes made here will not take effect for orders that are already in progress.
