Right of Withdrawal

For contracts concluded online, you have the right to withdraw eligible products online. The withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of your goods. However, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to customised or personalised products. Therefore, withdrawal is only possible for products that are not customised or personalised. You can exercise your right of withdrawal for eligible products online via the withdrawal function available in your customer account

There you will also be able to see which products are eligible for withdrawal. If your order contains products eligible for withdrawal, the link “Withdraw Products” will appear in your customer account two hours after the order has been placed. During the first two hours after placing the order, you may still cancel the order directly. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

To start the withdrawal process, click the “Withdraw Products” link in your customer account. You will then be guided through the individual steps of the withdrawal process.

When using this digital withdrawal function, we will promptly provide you, on a durable medium (by email), with confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal. This confirmation includes information about the content of your withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time your withdrawal was received.
