Creativity finances the future
The founders of Art Meets Education
The founding team of Art Meets Education is committed to giving disadvantaged children access to education. Nico Klein-Allermann and Jessica Gambusch developed a social business model that finances school education through the sale of children's photography. Their goal: sustainable change through creativity and commitment.

Education through photography
Art Meets Education enables children from disadvantaged communities to finance their school education - by selling their photographs. In workshops, the children learn how to use cameras and create unique works of art that give an unbiased insight into their world. These works are then sold to cover school uniforms, materials and other costs.
Community change
The project relies on close collaboration with families and communities. Careful attention is paid on site to ensure that families support the project and that the children can value their education. Parents and children are actively involved so that not only school attendance is made possible, but also a long-term sense of education is promoted.

Long-term impact
Since its foundation, the organization has financed thousands of months of schooling and opened up new prospects for children. The model is currently being further developed in order to gain a foothold in other countries. With a clear goal - education for all - Art Meets Education is helping to reduce inequalities and create sustainable opportunities for future generations.
WhiteWall and Art Meets Education | Teaming up for access to education
WhiteWall and Art Meets Education (AME) have entered into a significant partnership to provide access to education for disadvantaged children. Through this collaboration, WhiteWall will contribute its expertise in the high-quality production of photographic prints and frames, in particular the special Pop Art frames in which some of the children's works will be presented and sold. The partnership will be supported by a special Giving Tuesday 2024 campaign, where the sale of four images in the Pop Art frame will fund the education of four children for a year. This collaboration strengthens AME's commitment to giving children around the world a perspective through photography.
