For example, the addition of a white border around the photo, a specific finish on the corners, or the addition of a frame. You can also expand your print in a multi-surface arrangement.

What are the production and delivery timelines for framed photos? 

Development and delivery of photos requires an estimated 7 working days.

What alternatives are available for photo prints? 

WhiteWall offers an array of options, including fine art prints on Hahnemühle, Canson and Epson.

Can I order a physical proof of a photo print? 

At WhiteWall, you have the option to order your motif as a proof with a neutral watermark before opting for a larger format. This test print is offered at a discounted price. You can find this in the configurator at the very bottom of the right hand bar under "Order as proof print". If you select this, the watermark will be appropriately represented in the preview.

What sizes and formats are available? 

We offer both standard and customized formats, printed to the exact cm to respect the original format of your photo. Depending on your design, select a square format, 2:3, 3:4, DIN, panorama, etc. When printing your photo, your minimum size option is 3.5 x 3.5 in. (9 x 9 cm) your maximum size option is 94.5 x 48 in. (240 x 122 cm). The maximum differs based on the type of paper selected. This is reflected in the configurator.

Which paper should I choose for my photo prints online? 

Each paper has its own characteristics which are best suited to a particular type of design. Ilford paper and Baryta paper are without a doubt the perfect choice for black and white photos. For designs that are rich in detail, we highly recommended that you opt for ultraHD photo print. The other paper from brands such as Fuji offer a particular finish depending on styles or preferences. You can also order a Sample Pack in order to see and touch the different types of printing paper available. For each Pack ordered, you will receive an exclusive discount on your next order.
