How can I order photo prints online?

You can order photo prints via the configurator. Simply upload your photos in advance. Then, in the configurator, you can select the format and type of paper, as well as any other options, before confirming your order.

Which photo printing options are available? 

Firstly, you can choose from a wide range of papers and special finishes to showcase your photos. Furthermore, the configurator offers many other options to help you personalise your prints. For example, you can add a white border around the photo, choose a specific finish for the corners, or add frame. You can also spread your design over several prints.

What are the production and delivery times for photo prints or photo enlargements in the UK?

Delivery and development of your photos usually takes about nine workingdays.

What are the alternatives to printing photos on photographic paper? 

For your photos, WhiteWall also offers fine art prints on Hahnemühle and Canson.

Can I order a hard copy of a photo print as a proof? 

Before ordering a larger format or mounting at WhiteWall, you have the option of ordering a proof print of your motif with a neutral watermark. This test print is offered at a discounted price. You can find this option in the configurator in the right-hand bar at the very bottom, labelled 'Order as proof print'. If you select this option, the watermark will appear in the preview.

What sizes and formats are available? 

We offer both standard and customisable formats, printed to the exact centimetre to preserve the original dimensions of your photo. Depending on your design, you can select a square format, 2:3, 3:4, DIN or panorama. When printing your photo, the minimum size option is 3.5 x 3.5 inches. (9 x 9 cm), and the maximum size is 94.5 x 48 in. (240 x 122 cm). The maximum size varies depending on the type of paper selected. This is reflected in the configurator.

Which paper should I choose for my online photo prints?

Each type of paper has its own characteristics, and is best suited to a particular type of design. Ilford and Baryta papers are undoubtedly the perfect choice for black-and-white photos. For designs rich in detail, we highly recommend ultraHD photo printing. Other papers from brands such as Fuji offer particular finishes depending on style or preference.
